The details are easy to miss on the day. You spend months choosing them and the day moves too fast to stop and look.

I make a point of getting to the venue early enough to shoot the table settings, flowers, stationery, and rings before everything gets touched. These images hold up on their own and they fill out the story of the day in a way that portraits alone can't.
